Orders and payment
How do I place an order?
Select a product, add to cart and proceed to checkout. Fill in shipping and payment details, and an order confirmation will be sent to you by email.
How do you pay?
Payment is secure and made on the credit card payment page. Available payment methods are displayed at the checkout stage.
How will I know that the order has been accepted?
After payment, you will be shown a confirmation message, and you will receive an order confirmation by email. Didn't receive it? Check your spam folder or write to us on WhatsApp.
Deliveries
How long does it take for the shipment to arrive?
Jewelry and perfumes ship within 5 business days. Makeup vanity and chairs arrive up to 10 business days. More details on the Shipping Times page .
How much does shipping cost?
For jewelry and perfume: 35 NIS. For makeup vanity and chairs: 99 NIS. The final cost is displayed in the cart before payment.
How do I track the order?
On the Order Tracking page , with the order number and email address you entered in the order.
Exchanges, returns and cancellations
Can I exchange a product?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving the product, when it has not been used, is not damaged and is returned in its original packaging with all accessories. Contact us on WhatsApp or by phone at 050-7724092. Personalized products (engraving, personal letter, photo) may not be exchangeable. Full details in the Exchange and Return Policy .
How do you cancel a transaction?
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, via the transaction cancellation request form or via WhatsApp and by phone at 050-7724092. When the law allows, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, is charged. When the cancellation is due to a defect, non-conformity or non-delivery – no cancellation fee.
I received a damaged or incorrect product. What should I do?
Write to us as soon as possible on WhatsApp with pictures of the product and packaging, and we will handle it in accordance with the law. Do not send a product back before you have received instructions from us.

What is a GRA certificate?
All of our moissanite jewelry comes with an international GRA certificate for the moissanite stone.
Is there a warranty on the jewelry?
Yes, there is a full one-year warranty on the jewelry. On the warranty page you will also find tips for caring for your jewelry.
How do you choose a ring size?
There is a measuring tool on each ring page: place a ring that fits you on the screen and get the recommended size. You can also write to us on WhatsApp.
