Warranty and care of MUSK jewelry

We at MUSK provide a full one-year warranty on our jewelry. For full details about the scope of the warranty, please refer to the website's terms and conditions.

Instructions for the care and maintenance of 925 silver jewelry:

• Maintaining the shine of silver: You can shower with MUSK jewelry. The water helps clean the silver and prevents it from oxidizing and darkening due to exposure to air.
• Proper storage: Store silver jewelry in airtight bags or a padded box to reduce exposure to air and moisture.
• Avoiding contact with chemicals: Avoid contact of jewelry with chemicals such as cleaning agents, perfumes, and creams with active ingredients. Also, jewelry should be kept away from exposure to chlorine, acids, sulfur, seawater, and hot springs, which may damage silver.

Warranty coverage:

• The warranty includes coverage for stone inlays and the blackening of the jewelry.
• The warranty does not include breakage, tearing, natural wear, mechanical damage, or damage caused by improper use of the jewelry.
