Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data displayed in the comments form, as well as the visitor's IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam. Media
If you upload images to your site, you should avoid uploading images that include location data (GPS EXIF). Site visitors can extract location information from the images.
Contact forms
Information submitted in the contact form on the website – including name, email, phone number and message content – is retained for customer service and response purposes only, for a period of up to 12 months. This information will not be used for marketing purposes and will not be passed on to third parties.

Who do we share your information with?
Muskplace.net does not sell, rent or trade customer personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be transferred only in the following circumstances:
Shipping companies: The customer's name, shipping address, and telephone number are transferred to the shipping company for the sole purpose of making the delivery.
Payment provider: Payment details are transferred directly to a PCI-DSS certified payment provider for transaction processing. Credit card details are not stored on the site's servers.
Competent authorities: Information may be transferred pursuant to a judicial order or legal requirement.
Violation of Terms of Use: In the event of a violation, the information may be transferred to enforcement authorities.
How long we will keep your information
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are saved indefinitely. This is so that we can automatically recognize and approve future comments from you, rather than holding them in a queue for approval.
For users who register with the site, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except for changing their username). Site administrators can also view and edit this information.
Order details are retained for a period of 7 years in accordance with the requirements of the Israeli Income Tax Law.
Enquiries via the contact form are retained for up to 12 months from the date of the request.
Analytics data is retained for up to 26 months.
What rights do you have over your information?
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. Where is your information sent?
Visitor responses may be checked by an automated spam detection service. User information is stored on servers located in Israel and/or the European Union. In addition, periodic backups and ongoing security updates are performed.

In the event of a suspected security breach or data leak, we will act as follows: Identify and contain the breach, assess the potential damage, and notify affected customers within 72 hours of discovery, in accordance with legal requirements.
